Rubie's Adult Priest Costume

Bought this for Halloween party. One piece outfit.Collar is attached to the outfit. The material is on the thin side and it's a little stretchy (not much). Gotta wear black shirt/pants underneath. My husband felt comfortable wearing it. There is a tie-back strings on the back which we don't like. We will cut the strings and put clips or buttons on instead. The price is great for this item. Overall, we are happy with this item.

For the price you can't really argue, but if you have a broad chest and a thick neck, it's going to be a bit snug. Collar didn't fully wrap around and I had to get creative to get the collar part to reach

I took into consideration the other reviews about this item being flimsy and running small, only fit for 13 year olds, so since this was for a theater project where younger kids were going to need these costumes, I decided to give it a shot anyway. I got 3, They fit the 2 14 year olds and 13 year old perfectly, so that is the age you should have in mind when purchasing this item. Only thing was that it has bad static cling, so use something to get rid of that.

Remember, this is a hallowe'en costume, so don't expect C.J. Almy. Also, the collar part is going to need professional alteration to make it usable. That's the bad news. The good news is that it's a tenth the price of a "regular" cassock, even after alteration. A note of caution: I wouldn't wear it to a clergy conference or to the bishop's reception, but for a comfortable garment to wear around the parish, at the coffee hour etc., it works for me. Also, it hangs and stores in the bag it comes in, without wrinkling. I haven't washed it, yet, but anticipate that after I do it will need to be reinforced at the hem.

Looking for something cheap and easy this is it. We made our own rosary beads to complete our outfits havent worn out yet but gets good. Guy is 5' 11" at about 145, so tall and slender for one side fits all.

I was really disappointed in the quality of this item and decided to return it. It is made of the same (almost see thur) thin material of a typical witches costume. The collar won't stand up right and ties in the back like a child's costume. The white part of the collar is not as pictured. It is not as wide as shown and was frayed, not hemmed. It's made of the same thin material as the black fabric. It also fit kind of snug and I'm fairly fit at 5'11, 179lbs. The length was good for my height, but that's the only positive comment that I have to make. Wish it was better quality!
