Not sure on all but mine was defective
Needed a compressor for my car came across this figured yeah it's the cheapest but how bad can it be. Well it was very bad, when installed car ran like poop. Pully wobbled so bad and you could hear like metal grinding and sqeaking. When the AC was turned on it got worse compressor would get stuck which would cause the belt to not spin freely and car would loose power and drive very rough. Idle it felt like it wanted to die sometimes it did. So I drove with the AC off till I got a replacement so again not sure if it was just a defective one which could very well be the case but I returned it.

Good replacement part.
Shipping box was damaged on arrival, with evidence of impact on the compressor body (minus one star). However, the wiring, terminals, connector, fittings and clutch were all in good shape, so I decided to install it. Removed the shipping oil, added the required amount of PAG 46 oil for my vehicle (2007 FJ Cruiser) and vacuumed the system. On a side note, I also replaced the condenser (as everyone should when replacing a compressor), so the amount of PAG 46 oil was adjusted. Compressor works as it should and is a good quality part.

Bad product, and manufacturing
This pump went out within one day of installation. The warranty dept is no help and the product manufacturer is just as bad. Not only did I get double charged from my bank and prime Visa but no one will explain why non of my so called gift card balance didn't cover a steel braided hose and other things, it put itself on my main payment plan and I wound up paying not only interest, but for the products that were supposedly paid for by my gift cards. I'm not happy, but paid anyways
