*NOT the original wheels* This is my new favorite truggy, if you want to improve the performance and durability then add 12mm to 17mm hex adapters then put some 1/8 scale wheels on 120mm x 45mm with aggressive treads. The hex adapters put more mass against the hub carriers which in turn prevents the CVD's and axles from bending so easily in a crash or cartwheel situation. The 1/8 tire compound won't wear out or balloon at high speed as much as 1/10 scale tires and my chassis hasn't slapped the ground yet, no breakage, sharper turns and better handling, I'm in Ohio so after running one full battery pack in the snow the ESC 🔥 burnt so I suggest protecting the electronics, use a mesh guard w/zipper or the plastic waterproof chassis cover part# VRX 10258 from my Imex Samurai. I'm happy with my purchase! Sad the $60 ESC isn't splashproof, I hope the SELLER RESTOCKS THIS ITEM, at the sale price of $239 or less I will buy another! Please restock this item and offer the aluminum chassis Roller kit (no electronics for $99)? Also the improved Tx controller only requires 2pcs. AA batteries, has a foam wheel and nice features including 3 light modes. @Full Fun RC please restock more VRX, FTX at affordable prices I will buy more!
