Love this pattern. So easy to use. l have just bought the same pattern again. Used the old one so many times its held together with sellotape. I shorten the bodicebut lengthen the skirt.Sometimes sleeves or sleeveless.

I used the bodice pattern and pinned the top and skirt.

I am tall at 5'8". I went by the size guide on the pattern and cut a size 16. The finished dress was too big in the back, too long on the bodice sides and the gathering made my stomach look big.I will remake this dress in a size 14 - I will simply increase the bust by 1", increase the waist and reduce the bulk of the gathered skirt.P.S. - one has the opinion of using the bodice pattern and a different skirt pattern - for a more flattering look, inserting pleats rather that gathers
