Good product. Sturdy and easy to assemble.

This product arrived in two packages with instructions that were easy to follow, if you pay attention (I had to redo a couple of things). It is not a fast installation, but it is not difficult and is a two-man job. The hardest part is managing the fencing. We chose not to cut it as the instructions recommended just in case we cut it too short or too long and needed that extra few inches. The plastic-covered chicken wire is pretty easy to work with, but is just a nice barrier. We expected this and will be surrounding the outer edges with hardware cloth. As recommended by other reviewers, I will be purchasing metal zip ties to reinforce everything and attach the hardware cloth. The structure is sturdy and I plan to purchase another one so I can butt them together and have a door on each end. One drawback for us is that the door is not tall enough to cover the door to our coop. Our coop has a standard front door we purchased at the Restore. We will need to make a "hallway" for the chickens to have easy all-day access.

Safe for chickens.

I needed a greenhouse that would keep my chickens birds possums cats and other Wildlife from eating all my produce. I live in a very hot climate so regular greenhouses which would fry my vegetables as they grow. I purchased this and realize it was very low to the ground so it would have been hard for me to stand up and do gardening. So I decided to put it on my fence saving enough material to use the longer pieces to erect a much taller structure. I love how it turned out and now all the vegetables are mine.. LOL I love this product

DO NOT waste your money on this chicken run. This is the 2nd run we've purchased from this manufacturer (Lyromix). I tried to purchase the same exact one I purchased in Jan 2024, but it was "currently unavailable" for months so I purchased from a different listing but same manufacturer & almost exact same overall run dimensions.--Jan 2024: larger & stronger poles, came with everything needed & pictured in listing, has center support pole at end opposite door, wire netting is smaller which is better, door spring clasp connect that secures the door closed is exactly like what was pictured in listing. This one has been been great.--Jun 2024: smaller poles that bent after we zip tied the wire to the run like the directions state. We had to add a support pole in the center to keep the top pole from bending in even further. It did not come with center support pole on the end opposite the door even though listing shows it in pictures, did not come with screws to attach cross bars at base of each corner of run (we had to go purchase these ourselves), it did not come with the door spring clasp connect that's pictured in the listing, the door clasp it did come with will not go over the wire netting. The wire netting is larger. All the pieces were plastic wrapped in the box, but several of the connection pieces came with the gray coating scratched (see pics). Also, because the poles are not as large or as strong as the run we purchased in Jan, we had to additionally purchase the spiral ground stakes & straps to secure it to the ground.If I would have known this 2nd chicken run would have been this horrible, I would have purchased from a different manufacturer. DO NOT purchase this chicken run, horrible product!!!!This product deserves less than 1 star.
