This device seems well made and I expect it to be durable. I was expecting them to come in pairs, but they are only sold as a single unit.

I paid the higher price to get the set with rope but I did not receive rope. I believe that's called false advertising 🤨

Not suitable to be used with boat fenders. Not easy to use/adjust as described by the manufacturer/seller. Biggest issue is that they are large, heavy metal construction, which if used with boat fenders is going to tear up your boat hull. I looked all over the Internet for a product and this is the only one out there like this. After trying it, I can see why no one has emulated this design. They are sturdy. I will say that but totally unusable for the designed purpose.

Ordered with rope. Additional price. Conveniently came with no rope! This is the second item we have ordered from PhenderPro that has shipped incomplete!

The device worked as described and made the adjustment of the fender lines easy and secure. The only issue I had, be sure you tighten the item completely and check periodically, as the locking head may loosen.
