Good product only need a small dab and it cuts down the shine

A little bit goes a long way. Removes the shine of my scalp. Helps moisturize my scalp and repair nicks and bumps. Great price for this high quality skin product. Highly recommend this for anyone who shaves their head or cuts their hair very short. Also has a nice smell to it that isn’t overpowering.

Switched from buzzing to shaving recently, and was looking for a lotion to produce a matte look. This does take away the shine, especially if applied directly after shaving or showering. Most reviews I've read here mentioned the liquid consistency, but even so I was surprised upon the first use by how thin this truly is. You'll get a handful if you give it a squeeze, and a little bit of this is all you need. If the tube had a more restrictive cap this would be greatly improved. The lotion itself is great, moisturizing with a slight minty scent that doesn't linger. Very good product in the wrong dispenser.

I'm an older guy, and in all honesty, I never paid a lot of attention to skin care until recently. I was at an IT training in a neighboring town, and when I was washing my hands in their bathroom I noticed my forehead shining - like glass. No, I'm not bald or even balding to any discernable degree, but my forehead was shining so brightly under the fluorescents you would have thought that Gondor was calling for aid. I immediately started looking for something, anything, to tame that shine down. I despise greasy products, so I was concerned that anything I used would be too heavy for me to tolerate on my face. This moisturizer is FANTASTIC. Goes on creamy, not greasy, and absorbs well without feeling like it has coated your skin - you honestly won't feel it. No irritation to my skin after several days of use, minimal fragrance (so as to not clash with cologne, etc.), and lasts all day. Cuts the shine on my face down to 15-20% of what it was previously. I use it on my forehead and my nose, and the change is immediately apparent. I used it at 6:30 this morning and it is still keeping my face nicely moisturized and providing a matte look as I type this at almost 4:00 this afternoon. It only takes a tiny amount to coat your skin, so I expect a tube to last a LONG time the way I am using it. I would have paid twice the price for this. If you're dealing with excessive shine on your face (or your head, for that matter), do yourself a favor and order a tube of this ASAP.

My primary reason for buying this was to reduce the shine on my head and it didn’t work out. I have brown skin so perhaps this works better for other shades of people. It does moisturize which is why I gave this an average review.

This stuff works great. It really does get rid of shine and smells great. Not greasy or oily, just moisturizing and flattens out any highlights or shine. Nice when a product works exactly as advertised. It lasts pretty long too, though it has limitations in relentless direct heat and humidity. But then what wouldn't?

I have a naturally shiny face. This lotion does give a matte finish. So thats exactly what I wanted. Doesnt feel greasy, hasnt clogged any pours. 10/10

Good matting effect, but the bottle design could be better, or the lotion is too liquid for the bottle design. Beware everyone!

No sirve

I'm glad I found this product. Bought the matte version to reduce head glare. I apply it after I shave my head and shower and it absorbs in about 5 minutes and keeps my head from looking dry and flaky. Minty smell is apparent but not too strong and doesn't last. This is now a part of my daily regimen, I use it even when I don't shave my head since showering makes my head dry. I wish they made a size below 100 ml so I could travel with it.

Not sure it hides the shine , i can still see shiny ...
