This stuff is kind of funny to me, but I do believe it’s helping. Getting forgetful, but some days my brain actually works. Being able to remember is important—I am doing so in phases. Have not been on it for long, but I do believe it’s helping. Will continue and let you know at a later date. Sleeping better too.

I got this to help with my nerves. I know you need to take these for several months to be effect so I didn't really notice anything either negative or positive while trying these. The pills themselves were easy to swallow and tasted ok.

I got this because I like PQQ for my mitochondria to hopefully provide them the support they need for biogenesis. With improved biogenesis they ( mitochondria) are able possibly to replace the old /damaged ones with new healthy ones. And considering that mitochondria are the organelles responsible for our energy it would stand to reason that we certainly would desire to have our mitochondria as healthy as possible. Any organism with old damaged mitochondria could expect a difference with young healthy mitochondria capable of producing more energy. And this energy is not limited to walking, lifting etc. Its the energy for each of the bodies processes to operate such as the respiratory, digestive, cognitive, cardiovascular, metabolic, etc etc. The way PQQ supports the mitochondria is said to be in many different ways but basically it boils down to providing them the substances to keep them healthy and protecting them IMO. It is for this reason I refer to PQQ as mitochondria food.Many have indicated that PQQ improves cognitive function. This is supposedly due to the raised blood flow to the cerebral cortex that PQQ has demonstrated in some studies. I myself have never noticed that or really anything when I take PQQ. However I have been taking it so long perhaps I am used to it. I love how this has a QR code to check the third party lab test results that are for your lot number. And it's made in China where 99% of all supplement ingredients come from due to the massively cheaper prices but this brand honestly discloses it ! And while you may see Made in US/UK that can simply mean it was put in a box for shipping there. When you start narrowing down to where the ingredients came from the story changes a bit. This 20 mgs is the top end of the dosage and that's what I like to take. As stated I never notice anything when taking these and just hope my mitochondria are reacting positively like that which has happened in many studies. So yes no sides and these are easy to take. It takes a certain degree of hubris for a manufacturer like Monoherb to place 5 yellow stars below your name on the bottle. If that isn't nerve enough, I'm trying to understand the additional ingredients in this PQQ formula. They claim the addition of Omega fatty acids enhance absorption, but where are these supposed lipids coming from? How exactly do you convert a lipid to powdered form? Is that some new kind of technology? I've never heard of it.Also included are magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose as well as silicon dioxide (listed under "other ingredients"). Are these fillers really needed? The capsules are small enough as it is - are you telling me it's necessary to pad out the 20mg of PQQ that's actually in it? If that's the case, why not produce "softgels" that include real flaxseed oil instead? If it were up to me, and could revise the number of stars on the bottle, I'd take out 2 of them, and give it a three-star rating based on the benefits of PQQ itself.

I'm very skeptical of supplements, but PQQ has been recommended by a friend for a while so I figured I would give it a shot. I didn't expect much, but... I do feel a bit more well rested, and that helps my brain work better so... yeah, I really might be thinking a bit more clearly. This might actually have something to it. I'm definitely going to go for a second bottle.
