We have a very small 3 bed semi. Humidity was 86% and we had mould growing. Purchased this with the hope of resolving them issues. We have it on the landing upstairs and run it 7am-10pm. It is quite loud but that isn't much of a problem, it kicks out a little bit of heat but again that's not a problem as we don't have the heating on too much. We have managed to get it down to 50% but average around 58%, so it's better than it was but I was aiming for 45%. Size is compact enough not to get too much in the way but it is quite heavy to move. Download the app ... It's great for remote control. Also, the tank needs emptying no more than once a day, it holds 2 litres

We’re really happy with this and wouldn’t be without it anymore. Amazing how much water it sucks out of the environment.However, it most certainly is not whisper quiet as described

Does the job well in the Kitchen, pulls loads of water out of the air so it doesn’t go in the rest of the house from cooking tumble dryer etc. Wifi works well for multiple schedules but very loud compared to the other Dehumidifiers we have. It also doesn’t click off when the set humidity is reached it just clicks off the compressor and leaves the fan running. Our others click off completely.

Arrived with no uk plug ? Got told to go buy eu adapter ? To make it work? This is unacceptable? I did not spend all that money to get delivered a dehumidifier that only works in the uk when you have to go out and buy a eu adapter ? Also if it was sent back then you would have to pay out for custom service? My advice make sure you buy one with a uk plug?

Bought this to dehumidify an old house. Within a few days this had extracted 25 litres of water from the air and made a huge difference - vastly superior to the calcium chloride dehumidifiers that we were using before. Well built, works perfectly and can be controlled/monitored remotely via the Klarstein app, which is simple and easy to use. We've combined this with some additional humidity/temperature sensors to monitor different levels around the house. Makes a big difference in winter to reduce heating -- only wish I'd bought this sooner.

The dehumidifier itself looks sleek, expensive and well built. Initially I had difficulty connecting the device to my phone/router, but eventually managed to connect via one of our WiFi boosters. The device takes a lot of moisture out of the air and with the directional fin on the outgoing air it help dry clothes quicker on a clothes maiden. We usually get large amount of condensation on most of our windows in a morning but this has stopped/reduced that over the last couple of days.

Does what I need it to do, clothes drying indoors and warms the room at the same time, also stops the room getting damp.
