Spring is in the air with this Spring Tulip Banner. Burlap flags are painted white and then Spring colors are used to stencil the words Spring, with the I stenciled as a tulip.Our burlap is treated to prevent fraying and is hand painted in quality paints.

Very nice!
Very nice banner! It looks exactly as pictured--it is very cute and appears to be of good quality! I like how the back is lined, so it will hold up longer. I also like that it came with a storage bag.

The "R" was not printed in the center of the flag in the banner I received. It looks goofy. The banner design itself is very very cute, however I wanted to use it to hang on my mantel and it looked very dwarfed. Overall, too small and poor quality control.
