The back came torn from the part where the zipper is

Excellent product with great quality and comfort. Must for individuals having lower backpain or having challenges when seated long in flat surface.

No labeling of frido on product, zip not working of cover and one box received with only one pcs in it(back posture rest cushion)was missing , product image as shown was different from actual one and foam was also very hard as olif local foam was packed in frido box, please chk where is problem as it make worse image of amazon and frido too.

This feedback is true for any back-cushion, not just for this product. This is not suitable if you have office chair with Lumbar support already. Those chairs already have curved back support and this back-cushion will occupy a few inches of that chair seating space. Not comfortable to sit with cushion support on the back-curved mesh chairs.

Been using it for almost 10 months now. Works great good for Back support. Not much heat generation either. The form is still same as it was when bought which is quite a surprise and reflects its quality as I am above 90kg. The only issue I have is the band of the back support is got very loose now. I have been sitting on it daily for at least 4-6hrs because of my work and I feel no pain in my lowerback because of sitting for long periods everyday. Great value for money. Go for it.
