I installed the ELEGRP GFCI Outlet 20 Amp with Self-Test and Tamper-Resistant Design in a couple of wet area spots in my home, and it’s been exactly what I was hoping for. Solid safety features – The built-in self-test function gives me confidence that the outlet is doing its job protecting against ground faults. It’s reassuring, especially in bathrooms, kitchens, and outdoor spaces. Thinner design – This outlet has a noticeably slimmer profile than some other GFCIs I’ve used. It does protrude from the wall about 1/4". It sits cleanly in the wall box without crowding or binding with other wiring. Tamper-Resistant – The TR design is excellent, especially with kids around. It closes off the slots when nothing is plugged in, which adds peace of mind. Easy install – Wiring it in was straightforward and intuitive. The labeling was clear, and everything fit nicely. So far, it’s performing reliably with no issues. If you’re looking for a quality, space-saving GFCI outlet with modern safety features, this ELEGRP model is a strong choice. Highly recommend!

Bought this to replace a defective GFCI in the kitchen. Used the back wire method ( put wires into holes , then tighten ) to wire this including the ground wire. The screws/ terminals feel a bit cheaper than some other well known GFCI's , but it is functional . Looks nice.

They work and easy to install by an electrition.

We remodeled our kitchen and updated all the switches and outlets and these were affordable and are tamper resistant which meets code requirements for new homes. Very nice design, they look great.

I replaced other GFCI outlets with these and they worked well the installation was simple and they fit good in the box they feel decent quality and work like they should

Installed easily and works well. I used the little screwdriver I'd purchased on here to do it and it was somewhat fast. There was a slight delay, in that while I've changed out quite a few outlets and switches, this one had a metal box in the wall, which was a surprise to me, but I guess they do things differently now than they did then. Thus, I'd taken extra precautions with the instal via covering the connections with a bit of extra UL electrical tape. In any case, it's an upgrade, besides a replacement, and I have come to believe that the reason the one socket died might not have been age, but an arc, thus, this is much safer. The good news is, the circuit breaker responded as it should.

This product is so much cheaper than the box stores but just as good quality. I highly recommend buying these if the ones at Home Depot or Lowes are giving you sticker shock. I really also like the style of the faceplate mounting. It’s sleek and stylish to me.
