Received this most beautiful high quality cane today. The workmanship of the carved bird is just exquisite and with it being sturdy, adjustable and having a nice strap so I don’t accidentally drop it from hand, I foresee using this beauty for years to come. What prompted this purchase? A story on medium. com - Bring back the cane without shame. A tribute to the cane and how it was an accessory of dress for years. I will be using mine as such, but as I am also aging, it is sure it be by my side and I will proudly extol it’s beauty and utility to others.

My mother needed something to assist her when walking and we thought we’d get her a beautiful cane so she would be proud of its beauty and not just have a metal old lady stick. When we gave it to her she absolutely loved it and started to use it right away. It was very easy to adjust the height and assemble It’s quite sturdy and made of quality materials. The woodwork on it is also very nice and she receives many compliments. Unfortunately she dropped it and the beak on the bird broke as it it the most delicate part of the cane. While we are sad about it. We jokingly say it adds character and makes it easily identifiable as her cane. Worth the price and piece of mind

While this cane is a little on the pricey side, it is of extremely good quality. Lightweight but very solid and sturdy. Not a folding cans. Comes I assembled but is very easy to assemble. I love birds, so this handle made having to use a cane a little easier on my pride. The bird is carved wood and hand painted. It fits very comfortably in my hand and the cane does what it is intended to do.

If I could give this beautiful cane more stars I would. This cane is breath takingly beautiful. I'm almost afraid to use it should I damage it somehow. It is super sturdy and the bird is beautiful. I wish I had other descriptive words. THANK YOU for the superior craftsmanship put into this fine cane. Highly recommended for anyone who needs to use the support of a cane, and will look stunning in using this cane!!!

This is a very beautiful walking cane and I get many compliments. It adjusted perfectly for my height and is easy to use and comfortable to hold on to. The only drawback and the reason I only gave it 4 stars is because the beak on the bird is starting to chip. I don't know how to rectify this and I'm afraid it is going to chip completely away and destroy the beauty of the cane. Other than this, it is perfect.

I love the look of the bird handle and the adjustability of the cane. I am short (5'1") and needed to shorten the cane to the last stop, but it fits me perfectly.

This cane is fabulous! It is well made, of quality materials, and very beautiful. It feels very sturdy and secure. I love that this is hand made by a family business in Ukraine. This walking stick doubles as a work of art. I find it enhances any room I stand it in. I added a cane-stand type tip, with which it is highly functional as decor, and as an assist on the days I have a little trouble walking. I feel pretty special with this cane, because no one else has one around my area that I have seen. It's very stylish. I am a senior, but I think younger people would find this awesome for a walk in the park, or even a trek in the woods. It's telescoping function means it is easy to pack up or tuck in your bag for travel.

Just arrived and five minutes later it is unpacked and fully assembled. No instructions but so so very simple to work out, do like having a wrist strap. The carved and painted bird is totally gorgeous, the whole thing is so very classy looking, lightweight and most certainly not old fogie looking, I may be 80 but I hate the medical type sticks etc. It was to me a great bonus that it was made in Ukraine as a UK military family of three generations my son was pleased to be able to train many Ukraine soldiers on Salisbury Plain in England. My dear late Husband a retired Colonel felt that as a nation Ukraine set a very good example and needed all our support. So pleased to see that many Americans are also in the same mindset. Meanwhile I strongly recommend these walking sticks as a most excellent gift for the ladies in your life who need some help when walking.

Bought this for my dad who is not super tall and is a bird lover. Cannot wait to give it to him for Christmas. The hand grip is not at all too small for him, as my husband tired it and it gmfeels nice and sturdy. It is well made, easy to adjust and simply gorgeous. Adds flare to a safety device my dad truly needs to add to his life ans makes it feel not so much like a walking aid as a show piece which makes it easier on the mind, when age and illness make this step necessary. Thoughtfully designed adjustable copper coloured metal shaft is very strong,very light and practical.It does not wobble and extra shims are provided if originals wear out.The wooden bird handle is beautifully crafted by some one who cared about doing a fine job.This cane is aimed at women but, there is no good reason that men could not use as well.I have large hands and the handle is very comfortable to hold when walking.A wrist strap is provided and I highly recommend using it at all times to prevent drop damage.I now have 22 Asterom canes in my collection.I strongly support Ukraine in their time of need 🇨🇦❤️🇺🇦
