Ran the wire, plugged it in, and it worked
I wanted to hardwire a basement TV directly from my router to an Amazon Firestick because the wireless is sketchy in the basement. Like the title states, it worked like a charm. I had to run it through a floor and through a cement block wall. Working with a flat wire was easy. Don’t know about durability yet, but I assume it will be good. What can wear out in a wire?

Get It - Don’t Overthink It 😉
I decided to go with the length of 100 feet with this Cat 8 Ethernet Cable for my home office job, this way I wouldn’t have to worry about if the cable was not long enough regardless of what room I moved my equipment into if I had to move my office to a different area of the house. I had my reservations of it working b/c of how long and thin the cable was. No worries whatsoever! Works like a charm 😉 👍🏾. Even when I’m no long doing a remote job this cable I can always use in the near future if need be for other projects I’m working on. I highly recommend. Look at it as an investment not an expense. =) Speed and Connectivity is Perfect and price is worth it 👌🏾.

Excellent
This is an excellent cat cable it's very thin can easily go inside of a door frame and still close the door. I ran it along the ceiling in my condo and you can barely see it. Unfortunately I purchased 50 ft and it's not long enough I'm going to have to purchase the 75 ft. That's on me I should have measured more carefully rather than send this one back I'll just order another one 75 ft so I have extra.

Not exactly 50 ft but a good buy
I am a bit disappointed. After so much fanfare got this and now it seems that the lan cable is about 4-5 feet shorter than 50ft.The signal is good. I get 400-500 mbps on wifi.That is currently the only disappointment with this cable. I have been able to work the thing easily due to the flatness of the cable.

Well made and neat
This is an ideal patch cable for extending your network. Being flat is great for poking down the side of the carpet or behind furniture. It can also be stored neatly as it coils well. Otherwise it connects well with good quality connectors.
