Works great out of the box. Easy set up with QR codes. Have had these installed for a few months now and not had any issues. I use them with Siri and Apple Home. You are able to fit two on one outlet if needed, which is nice for those who need it. Would buy again if I needed more.

Love these. They worked just as described and there's no lag time. All my Alexa devices work perfectly with them and they show up on the Alexa app as well. They are also reasonably priced!

For the most part, these have been wonderful. I've had zero issues being able to turn loads on or off from my phone, as long as I had a good enough signal. It's easy to program them, organize them according to names and rooms, but the first batch I bought a year ago is starting to fail. I have had two out of the four lose the ability to connect to my Wi-fi. Not a big deal if you just need to turn the lights on or something, but if you are using these to run a critical operation, I would probably suggest something else.

If you're a Apple Home user don't waste your hard earned cash on this product. I've spent over 13 hours battling these "smart" plugs trying to get them to work in Apple Home with zero success. At first, they pair just fine but after a few minutes Apple Home reports them as "No Response". The only way to get them back into Apple Home is to delete the device, factory reset the plugs, disconnect from power for about 10 minutes, reconnect them to power then add to Apple Home again. But wait.... after a few minutes, Apple Home reports them as "No Response". Of the 4 smart plugs, I did this dance with 3 of them. Out of frustration, I gave in and downloaded their AiDot smart app and wouldn't you know it, all 3 of the smart plugs showed up within seconds and worked 100%. Literally zero issues and 12 hours later they are still working perfectly! One of the smart plugs required a firmware update, which the AiDot software installed. I then factory reset that plug and added it to Apple Home but again, after a few minutes the dreaded "No Response" displayed in the app. The AiDot app added the plug without issue, just as before. The packaging clearly states it works with Apple Home but that's a lie, false advertisement. I'm using a Apple 4k TV as the hub (with latest TVOS installed) which has no issues with my other smart devices. In closing, if you don't mind using their AiDrop app for your automation than this is a good buy. However, if you are using Apple Home, DON'T buy this product.

I like these. They're more square and do not cover up other holes on a mult i plug power strip. Setup was easy. Pairing was simple
