Yummy and amazing quality + quanity too
We gave this chai latte drink mix as a Christmas gift and it was a big hit. It arrived on time, is a huge quantity, and excellent quality. Absolutely delicious and quick and easy to make. If you’re looking for a great chai latte, this hits the spot. Fantastic buy.

Taste amazing and worth the money
My first time trying this but I absolutely love chai tea but hated spending more money at Dunkin’ Donuts. Don’t get me wrong, this is a bit pricey but the amount of chai tea you ca make at home is totally worth it. I use 1 spoon of powder milk with 1 spoon of the chai powder. Mix in hot water and it tastes creamy and sugar content is just right. You don’t need to add any sugar.

Out of This World Good
Oh. My. Lanta. I have been searching for the right chai drink for no fewer than 5 years, ever since one of my neighbors invited me over to her apartment for chai and tikka masala. I have tried everything from chai concentrate, to authentic Indian made-from-scratch recipes. I’ve even gone to our city’s international market and sourced the spices fresh. All have left me deeply disappointed. I’d pretty much resigned myself to enjoying chai from my nearest coffee shop once a month. Then, on a lark, I searched again on Amazon—“chai tea.” Amazon suggested this product. Reviews seemed solid. Y’all. This mix is AMAZING!!!! I mix it in with 2% Lactaid (not lactose intolerant, just prefer the taste to regular milk). I heat the milk in a measuring jug in the microwave, until it’s just about simmering. Mix in enough of the chai powder as smells right (I don’t pay attention to the suggested serving sizes on mix-ins). And it is heaven. It’s so stinking easy to use, it tastes amazing, and isn’t too sweet. I’ve just added this to my monthly “subscribe and save,” as I’ve had chai tea twice a day the last week.

If you love Sheetz's Frozen Kona Mocha, you'll LOVE this
I've never been much of a coffee drinker but I would occasionally purchase a frozen frappucino from various places (Starbucks, McDonalds, etc). Then one day I had a frozen Kona Mocha at Sheetz and I was instantly hooked. It had such a distinct, unique flavor that was unlike any of the others out there and I couldn't get enough. The only problem was the price. If you buy one at Sheetz, you'll end up spending over $4 for one (and theirs are small compared to other places). When I went online looking for a recipe on how to make one at home, to save a little money, I stumbled upon this stuff from Big Train. I decided to give it a try because all the ingredients matched up to Sheetz's online ingredients list. Well, let me tell you, they match up for a reason - it's EXACTLY the same. I couldn't believe it. I knew it was the second I opened it because it smelled the same. All you do is blend the powder, ice (I add just a little more than the bag says to, to make it slightly thicker) and milk (I always got almond milk at Sheetz, so that's what I use at home) and it's done. It's fine just the way that is, but because I've been adding caramel every time I buy one at Sheetz, I also add a tablespoon and a half of caramel sauce, too (just the cheap Hershey's kind). The ones at Sheetz also come with whipped cream on top and chocolate drizzle, but that was never that important to me. The bag will make approximately 20 of the Sheetz-sized drinks, so by buying this powder from Big Train, you can easily make frozen Kona Mochas at home for AT LEAST half the price, if not less. Though, to be honest, even though I initially hoped this would help me save money by not having to buy them at Sheetz once or twice a week anymore, I have a feeling, with them being SO good, tasting exactly the same and being so easy to make, I think I might end up spending the same every week anyway, but just having them a lot more frequently now that I found this product from Big Train. I highly recommend it. It's fantastic! EDIT: I've downgraded my rating by one star, not because of the product but because of its packaging/handling. I subscribed to get monthly shipments and my first shipment (the second bag I've ordered) arrived with a nick about an inch long in the bag, causing it to leak powder in the box. Because it's something edible, I didn't take any chances and decided not to use it and got a replacement. It's supposed to arrive in a couple days. I noticed a couple other people have experienced the same issue. I hope this was just a one time thing and I won't experience it again. I'll post again about its condition when my replacement comes. To be continued... UPDATE: My third bag (replacement for second that was damaged) arrived and it was fine. There WAS a small opening in the bottom seam of the bag (probably less than a quarter of an inch), but it was very small (a tiny bit of powder came out only after I lifted it up; there wasn't any in the box itself) and it appeared to just be a natural opening, from the weight/pressure of the powder. When I opened the bag all the way along that same side, the seam appeared to have been sealed all the way across (the grooves were all the way across on both sides), it just naturally opened slightly. The bags are filled with a lot of powder (3.5 pounds is a lot heavier than you'd think) and it must have just caused the seal to break during packing or shipment (or even when I lifted the bag up?). I've been enjoying it since it arrived and it tastes fine (and hasn't made me sick or any thing). I still feel like I need to examine each bag that arrives, but hopefully the bad experiences in the future (if any) will outweigh the good ones. I still highly recommend this product. It's fantastic. I also recommend dividing the powder up when you get it and put each portion in baggies to make it easier when getting ready to blend one up. UPDATE #2: My second monthly shipment arrived today in perfect condition - no holes, tears, cuts or openings. UPDATE #3: I ran out of my second monthly bag before my third (I'm getting another family member hooked on this delicious stuff) so I ordered an extra one. It came in perfect condition - no holes, tears, cuts or openings. I'll update again when my third monthly shipment arrives in a couple weeks. UPDATE #4: My third monthly shipment arrived today in perfect condition - no holes, tears, cuts or openings. UPDATE #5: My fourth monthly shipment arrived today. It was the first time it was shipped in a bubble envelope as opposed to a box, which made me really nervous. LUCKILY, I opened it and the bag was in perfect condition - no holes, tears, cuts or openings, but if they are going to be sending them like this from now on, I'm more concerned than before that something might happen. Hopefully nothing will. Also, if you're unsure whether your bag has an opening anywhere in it or not, believe me, you'll know the second you open the box or envelope, not because you'll necessarily see some of the powder in the box or a noticeable hole in the bag but because the Kona Mocha has such a strong, distinctive smell, you'll smell it right away. So, use your nose as a test, too. If you don't smell anything, it's probably sealed and safe. UPDATE #6: My fifth monthly shipment arrived today in perfect condition - no holes, tears, cuts or openings. This one arrived in a box with bubble wrap for protection (much better than the bubble envelope they used previously). Also, I had ordered an extra bag a little over two weeks ago and it arrived (even with a couple other things in the box) in perfect condition as well. Since I haven't had any issues in a while, I've been happy with my purchases every time since those minor issues happened, and I don't want this review to reach some length limit, I will leave this as it is and only update it from now on when or if an issue ever arises again. Thanks for taking the time to read this review and I hope it helped you decide to purchase some of this great Kona Mocha coffee drink mix. I still highly recommend it.

Great taste and Value
This is not my favorite brand of Chai for taste but it taste great and is a great value. Being a powdered mix, it does not have to be refrigerated. The flavor is great but I like to add a slash of a flavored syrup too. I like the No Sugar Added variety so I can add the syrup and still be consuming less sugar than the sugar variety. (I am not a strictly sugar free person, just don't need extra!) I always pack some when I travel and Got my mom hooked on it too!

Smooth, chocolatey cup of chai!
This makes a smooth, chocolatey cup of goodness, whether hot or cold. Tastes like chocolate chai cocoa when served hot. It can be made hot or cold with just plain water, or I like to add half water and half milk to serve hot. Great drink for a morning pick me up. This large bag lasts a long time and is very fresh! If you also buy the raspberry flavor, you can combine the two. It’s divine!

Delicious!!
I’m a chai tea snob. I hate chai tea that has that throat burning sensation. This does not do that. It’s so good. This is my favorite so far. It tastes great! You can’t control the strength of it too by adding more or less to your water.

Me agradó mucho este sabor, ya había comprado el de vainilla y este me parece que es mejor. Se disuelve bien y no es muy dulce.

Nice to find a local Canadian supplier! My favourite Chai Tea for making yummy lattes! My latte recipe: 2 cup glass measuring cup - fill with 200ml water and 200ml of favourite milk (I use 1% or coconut milk), stir and microwave to just before boiling (my microwave is approximately 4 minutes). Then I add 60ml of Chai mix to milk, stir and then pour into my mug. Enjoy!!
