For my daughter used one month had good difference in breathing issues. Cold and cough also good relaxation. Just used one month hope it's working. I will use more 5 months and update if possible. 5ml twice is good. Doctor told granules are for adults. And sryup for children. 5ml twice for 4 & above years .. parents must try.
