I've found that these work best with smaller yarn rather than blanket yarn. It was a good deal for the 4 rings I gave one to a friend who loved it. I love the fact that they are adjustable and durable because mine got beaten up already LoL. I find them pretty easy to use considering I've never used them before.

These rings are adjustable so I was able to adjust them to my liking. I couldn’t get a handle on using it on my index finger because I felt I still needed to hold it or else the tension was too loose. Instead I wear it on my pinky so I’m able to hold the yarn easily and not as tightly with my index finger. I prefer using it but I could do without it. One of them did break straight in half (the band part not the kitty part) when I went to open it up so you have to be gentle. I think this is something that would be useful for beginners. I will note that sometimes the yarn will get knotted at the bottom because of how it passes through the ring. All in all, it’s fairly comfortable to wear and easy to use. They were pretty inexpensive so I don’t regret buying them but I’m not sure I would buy another set.

Decent. They break if you adjust them a handful of times. Sometimes the yarn gets stuck in them. Thankfully it comes with multiple.

I purchased these so that I could offer them to new crochet students. When first learning crochet, Tunisian crochet, or knit, learning to keep the correct tension is always the most challenging part. When I got the rings, I tried them out as I saw pictured in on Amazon, and found them not to be helpful. However, eventually, I’ve tried the method that I have pictured. My way of holding yarn is loosely through my hand and only over my index finger. That works great for me except that the yarn does fall out of my inner hand and I do have to curl my fingers in to increase tension. I found that when I put the ring on my little finger and use the tail only as a stop inside my hand, my yarn is always there. I never drop it the yarn and I never need to curl my fingers to increase tension. So this ring definitely fits well and is helping me improve my efficiency. Now I can give them out to new students with confidence.

I thought why not give this a try for the price. BEST decision! It’s super easy to use, it’s adjustable to your finger to fit just right and best of all it keeps the tension in the yarn nicely!! The design is super cute too. Over all would definitely recommend

I kept losing my other, more expensive crochet tension rings, so I thought it might be useful to get a few more and keep them in my project bag. These are great! They're very durable and good quality for the price. They fit well on my index finger and don't need much adjusting, although it's nice that they're adjustable. The little cat head is big enough to accommodate most of the yarns I use; I think it would probably fit up to maybe a bulky weight yarn. These are very helpful for arthritis and preventing hand pain.

I personally love these little rings! I still have carpal issues years post surgery, and thought crocheting was going to be out of the picture for me; while this isn't the only accommodation to assist me, it's handy as heck to help keep my yarn where I need it and with consistent tension. I found it easy to use with a short learning curve, and just slip it into my crochet tool kit between uses for safekeeping. The price was reasonable especially for four pieces, though admittedly two of them were a little off-round but no big deal. I don't feel bending them back into round would be a great idea though as they don't feel as though they could necessarily take the strain. ( I used to do metal working many moons ago- so I feel pretty confident in my opinion) I enjoy using this when working on my projects and preferred it to some of the more gaudy alternatives that I felt might encourage tangles and snags while crafting with yarn. For the record, the yarn shown here IS from Amazon, I've reviewed it as well, the stitch is Tulip stitch learned from Bag o Day Crochet on YouTube but the hook is much larger than recommended for the yarn- another of those concessions to flexibility and eyesight, lol- No compensation for any products or services either, just credits' where due) Happy crafting! Really comfortable crochet finger ring, ideal for anyone learning to crochet. I was ready to throw in the towel but was advised to get this by a friend who is an expert crocheter - I can now concentrate on learning the stitches without having to worry about the tension of the yarn. The yarn flows easily through the ring, and doesn't snag. Overall I'm very pleased with this purchase, which was picked at random from various being offered on Amazon as the price was favourable.

Dadurch das man die Ringe leicht biegen kann, kann man sie an jeden Finger anpassen, dadurch lassen sie sich angenehm tragen. Prima wenn man mit mehreren Farben arbeitet oder mit einem mehrfädigem Garn. Kann man aber auch einfach so tragen.

Tolles Geschenk. Meine Schwiegermutter hat sich sehr über die Ringe gefreut und verwendet sie gerne beim Häkeln.
