Good product, I noticed deeper sleep and less soreness after working out. Price needs to be adjusted for to make it easier for the working man.

I don’t take this for work outs, I just wanted to try it because I have high cortisol levels due to having panic disorder. I have noticed SUCH a difference since I started. Less panic attacks, more energy, and feeling healthier overall. It’s even helping with perimenopause symptoms. I love this stuff!!!

I like the taste a lot. Like lemon tart and fizzy. Has lots of good stuff in it if it was more affordable for me id drink it all the time...

This right here as of right now might have become something I take at least one weekend a month even if I’m not being crazy active on working out. But I recently started training for the Texas MS150, and it’s been wearing me out. Last two weeks I’ve overslept and been late to work twice by over 45min from not being able to come out of a deep sleep. I took the first pack Friday after the first ride, second pack Saturday night, one after Sunday's ride and one Monday after work. When I tell you I woke up feeling refreshed the last two days, I mean the best I’ve felt in maybe three years. I’ve taken one week off work in the last three years and called in once. I’m sure my cortisol levels were through the roof from no time away from work and now adding the bike rides. All this to say, it may just be me, it may not since my coworkers have said something is different about me the last two days. The only thing different from my daily/weekly routine is this has been added. I’m going to continue taking it after my rides and hopefully I keep feeling this good or even better. I’ll let y’all know with an update come April and May. But as of right now, I’d simply say if life is life-ing and you feel like you need a vacation…..maybe this can help bring those levels down cortisol-wise.
