Good product for trying to help learn portions and portion control. My dad actually asked for them for a gift so that was why I purchased. He is very happy with them and I think they really helped him in identifying and learning appropriate portion sizes.

The plate portions held are tiny! The measurements on the bowls are inaccurate; 1/4 is really 1/2. Wouldn’t buy again.

Good quality and has held up in the dishwasher well. Removing a start because the printing on the bowls are lower quality. Using these to visually understand portion sizes for when I don’t have a food scale.

These are the perfect way to make you aware of what you're eating! Good quality, is working well for what we wanted.
