The media could not be loaded.  I just think you have to use too much and it taste very pungent with one scoop in a glass of water but they tell me to take two scoops in a glass of water. I will not try it because it would taste too horrible. It’s almost already horrible. And I’m normally not one to complain. I just sliced my finger open today and I didn’t complain. I really don’t complain but I don’t think they really know about their product
