I was surprised that the original did not last longer but this was a perfect replacement for my original part and installation was very easy.

I bought this hose as a replacement for the one originally installed when I renovated my bathroom. The original hose failed at the connection point to the shower head. At the time, I thought it was a one off issue but less than one year later the replacement hose broke at the same place as the original.
