A sweet spare battery! Good performance. Slim and stylish. Rugged enough.
The battery arrived with 3 lights lit of the 4-light charge level indicator, which (per the provided instructions) means it's shipped at 30%-60% charged. I fully charged it with a one-amp (1A), slow wall charger and the provided charging cable (18.5cm [7-1/4"] long, USB-A to USB-C), which took about an hour to reach 4 lights (60%-100%). (( I prefer to use slow chargers whenever possible, to avoid force-feeding batteries. This is one reason why my S10e is still going strong, after 5 years. )) A wall charger is not provided. I don't know if a 2A (Fast) charger would charge it faster. I then left it charging for another hour, to probably reach near 100% charged.I then used this battery to charge my Galaxy S10e phone (containing a 3100mAh battery) from 40% to 85%, which took about 45 minutes. Oddly, while charging, my phone indicated only "Charging", not "Fast Charging", yet it seems to have charged in Fast time. /Strange./ After the phone charged, the battery still showed 4 lights, which means it still had over 60% of its rated capacity (5000mAh).At no time, during charging or discharging, did the battery seem warm. The pictures on the Amazon website are unclear, but I was assuming that the case of this battery would be plastic, yet I was pleasantly surprised to discover that most of the battery's cover is stainless steel! I appreciate the good protection. Overall, the case is well-built and stylish. It is not water-proof, yet I can imagine that it will keep fine in a backpack's inner pocket. The built-in Type-C USB connector is quite tight to insert into my phone, but I assume that's because it's so new. The built-in wire is only 33mm (1-1/4") long, and is not particularly rugged, so I do not advise leaving this connected while in your pocket, where shearing stress can be intense.Recommended.

Best pack ever & super thin
I've had this charger for almost a year & it's been great! I a Walmart shopper & we have to charge often but I'm the ONLY shopper that doesn't have a 2-3ft cable hanging from my pocket getting in the way. I put 3 Velcro dots that hold them together while working and it's an AMAZING battery pack

Slim but great
These are nice compact battery packs that can fit in a pocket. They work great with out phones so we don't have to worry when we are out for a day.

Looks can be deceiving.
Not as thin and light as they would have you believe. Doesn't hold a charge very long . The good part is it worked charging both our phones even though they are different.

so good that I bought it again; how often does that happen these days?
No more trying to find a cable, and good LED status. It's perfect.Last week I gave my first one away to someone in crisis, and so just now bought another one. The newest model is a little heavier but that's due to the new metal casing. It's got some useful labels now too.

The best portable phone charger!
I love this charger! It’s so small and lightweight and I love have the charging cable built into it! I can charge my phone two and a half times with it.

A once great product.... now total trash
UPDATESadly, I have to take down my glowing review of the product, and update with this one:I have purchased these Auskang Chargers for years now for both my family cell phones and for my employees. They were especially helpful, since what with their amazingly thin “credit card” size, and long-life, you can easily attach them all the time to your iPhones, to keep them at 100% capacity. I have already put in a glowing review sometime back. Unfortunately, all has changed and I had to take that review down and put this UPDATE in. It appears that this company, which seemed at one point to pride themselves on their charges, and especially their high quality, no longer care. Perhaps they now feel they must make more profit by going to a cheaper third-world sweat shop to assemble these and provide much less expensive materials, and “skilled” labor. I have now had to return four of these charges, since within days, the wires inside the body of the charger, connected to the lighting cable, comes apart. It’s not a matter of any force put upon it, or it being accidently “pulled” too hard, it comes out on its own (see picture), since the “cap” that holds the lighting cable to the body of the charger is now, it appears, of extremely poor quality and badly designed. This does not appear to be the construction of the older chargers that I have. I can understand, perhaps one bad charger making its way through the process, but not, after four bad chargers in a row, all having the same problem. The company seems to have now gone to the lowest common denominator in materials and labor, and have given up entirely on any quality control. I’m sure these negative reviews, or many others I have seen on social media, will have no bearing on them to change back to their old, great product. In business, these are known as “throwaways”. Since they now cost as little as $20, they believe they can sell this junk, and a mass majority of their customers will just throw it away. They will not take the time to ask for a refund (extremely easy to do with Amazon), or write negative reviews. Therefore they can continue to rip-off customers, and I’m sure make a nice profit on each unit. Bottom line: there are many other similar chargers on the market, and on Amazon. Chose those but stay far, far away from this cheap and worthless item.

Worth the price
For someone who does mobile gaming (pokemongo) in Florida. These have worked great from winter and into spring. Will last almost 4 ½ hours in 80°F weather.
