I had high hopes based on some of the reviews. Unfortunately it was as if I had never used it and it never even helped to diminish any of the neuropathy discomfort. I will keep looking and trying other neuropathy products. 🤞

Surprisingly, it does help. It does not take all my tingling and discomfort away - but it makes it bearable. I use this cream twice a day. Will definitely buy again.
