My mic had an issue after I used it for about a year, I got in touch with them and they were very helpful and very kind. They sent me a new one within a week. I 100% recommend this mic. Very good microphone. Picks up sound clearly and extremely easy to use. I like to use it with a headset which is handy as you can hear what you’re saying or what the mic is picking up as you’re recording.

This microphone purchased for use in conference calls.I work from home, and laptop integrated microphone is not the best solution.So i decided to get this one.Why this one?My son got the same for gaming. He is quite happy with it. So i decided if he is happy, why should not be I?So far, microphone serves it purpose perfectly.Plugged in to USB port, headphones plugged in to the microphone itself.So I can monitor how do i sound to others.The three nobs to tune up microphone sensibility, headphones level, and echo.Don't use the echo, btw.The same button is to turn microphone on/off, press on the button switch on/off noise cancellation.Noise cancellation is not perfect, and people reporting that with noise cancellation on my side they don't hear me as good as without one.Level knobs do not seems to be doing much, as well.BUT!Microphone is working, complains for bad sound from my side on conference calls not anymore, and price is pretty good for what i got.Sure it is not professional or studio microphone, but it also does not cost a fortune.Overall, I am happy.

For the price the microphone is well made and works well.I bought this microphone to use with a PC driven Software Defined Radio (SDR) transceiver. Other than adjusting the level control on the microphone and enabling its built in noise cancelling feature I kept all the settings in the SDR software as default.With every contact I have made the first comment back is always about the clarity and richness of my transmitted audio. Some amateur radio enthusiasts go to great lengths to make their audio as rich as possible, employing racks of compressors, limiters, DSP, expensive studio microphones, etc, I just plugged a cheap microphone into a USB port and achieved similar results.

My son wanted a mic as he has started making videos for a YouTube channel. This has all the features he wanted for a price he could afford. He was a little disappointed that the sponge bit had become squashed and out of shape in the packaging and he contacted the company who quickly dispatched a furry replacement, which he was delighted with. He has been using the mic for several weeks now and is very pleased with the sound quality, he said it’s pretty each to use but you have to remember to turn off the echo! He said it’s a very good mic for the price and he would totally recommend it.

Bought this to deal with a built in headset mic being pretty poor, and don't regret it at all. Sound quality is great. It's a good size too where its tall enough for you to speak into but not too tall to get in your way. The added filter is also lovely! Being able to adjust it is also pretty nice, makes it versatile and let's you point it directly at you. Also means you can fold it away so it's even smaller, so can be portable if needs be!Cable is a good length too which is nice.Adjustability on the mic itself is great, although I can't speak for the echo function as I've never used it.No wireless functionality as it doesn't have a battery or anything, but the included adapters makes it work for whatever you need it for.

Unfortunately, I’m returning this item, my os is windows 11 when I plugged the microphone in windows did not recognise it there was no driver download and no icon appeared in the system tray. When I checked in device manager the mic was there with the “this device is working properly message” when I tried to update the driver I got the message the best driver is already installed for this device. I played about in settings until I got it to work but when I set it as default my speakers stopped working. I don’t want to use headphones. Also, on testing this mic I found the playback quality to be nothing short of poor. And not up to an acceptable quality. I would also note that when the cable is plugged into the mic adjustment is very limited makes me wonder why its fixed on the swivel mount. all that said it appears to be sturdy enough its well made, and it looks good. Just not for meJack

I bought this hoping this might make a decent cheap alternative to my Blue Yeti. Not a chance. It's become a popular pastime to knock the Blue Yeti in YouTube reviews, but I've used mine for over 10 years, and bought another more recently. With the excellent BlueVo!ce software available for free from Logitech, my Yeti is still preferable to the even more recently purchased Shure MV7b and Shure's software. All this is to say I've been spoiled by good microphones and this one is utter rubbish. It looks like a Yeti, but it certainly doesn't perform like one. I returned it the following day.
