great tasting green tea
I love this tea. My doctor has actually recommended I drink green tea as part of a holistic plan to address a health issue. This is excellent quality tea, organic, made in the USA, by a great women-owned company. It’s perfect for my purpose, and it tastes great. I have been drinking a cup every evening, and it doesn’t keep me up. (In all honesty, caffeine doesn’t affect me that way anyway.) Even if this wasn’t recommended by my doctor, I’ve gotten used to drinking this every day and I would drink it regularly anyway. Love the flavor and the quality of this tea, and I highly recommend it.

Mother likes
Suggested use: Bring water to a flash boil. Pour into cup over tea bag. Steep 5-8 minutes. Add favorite sweetener if desired. Tea is also excellent served over ice. Enjoy 2-3 cups daily.Ingredients: Organic green tea, organic guava leavesThe expiration date should be on the teabags, not just the box. If we toss out the box we would lose the date. My box expires on 03/28/2026. This was packaged/manufactured in the USA. I assume some ingredients were globally sourced. I ordered this for my mom since she likes tea and our family is a fan of guava products. She said the flavor is good. My mom has the tendency to keep tea bags in the glass and she refills it a couple of times. I, on the other hand, prefer to remove the tea bag when I’m done steeping. She said the first pour the guava taste is noticeable and then when she refilled the glass, the guava flavor faded. Overall, my mom doesn’t love it, but she likes it.

Strong green tea
I enjoy all types of tea and decided to give this one a shot since it the list of benefits were pretty long.I steep the tea as per directed and the taste is herbal and slightly bitter. I don't really add any milk or sugar to my tea. I didn't get any hints of quava (understand that its the leaf and not the fruit) so to me it is a strong cup of green tea that I will drink on occasion.
