Hair and nails vitamin
I take a tablet once in a while to help maintain healthy hair and nails

Think it works.
I cannot be sure whether this works or not and to be fair, I have only used the product for a few months. It is the most reasonably priced item that I have bought to help my thinning hair from getting worse. Nothing else has worked for me, including products that cost between ยฃ50 and ยฃ100 per month. The service is wonderful. Each month the supplier, via Amazon, send me a new supply and charge my card accordingly. There is always an email reminder and the arrangement may be cancelled at any time. I intend continuing for at least a few more months to give this product a fair trial.

Yes, it does work for me
My nails, a lifelong problem, have strengthened remarkably and they also grow more quickly. Add in a daily dose of gelatine (dessert jelly is my choice) and they also become more flexible. My hair also grows very quickly now and I lose less
