Good student computer
Great computer for what we needed it for. Used for my high schooler to do work. We haven’t had any glitches or bug thus far. The only kinda complaint is that it’s slow when my kids want to play certain games, but really it’s not the type of computer intended for that anyway. Very happy so far.

Okay laptop, be careful though
Works fine (2 months later) but the screen sometimes glitches and I get random blank tabs that pop up, sometimes my keyboard has delay

scam, scam-and i do repeat while screaming, SCAM
0 stars-do not buy from them!!!! HP just advised me that the laptop i purchased was modified by the seller; it was sold as 8GB, but it's really just 4GB. oh, and the model number doesn't match either. i discovered this after trying to download the Windows 11 update-now my screen won't come up, or it'll come on for appx. 10 seconds, i can get as far as entering my pin and get to my home screen, and then it goes black or blue in the background, repeatedly. and of course, even though my laptop is still under warranty through HP, there's nothing they can do about it on their end since the seller modified the PC. i'm a struggling single mother and the whole reason why i purchased the laptop is because i thought it was a good deal. i very much needed access to my laptop this afternoon for a very important meeting that i had to to cancel. i guess we all need to be verifying serial/model/product numbers from our Amazon purchases. erroneous. just erroneous.

It only did I receive the wrong color, the system is entirely too slow and it was not new. Computer showed it was signed into a few different WiFi accounts. Bag was opened prior to me. Tape was on the front cover. Did not take us through all of the initial setup as it was previously done. Returning. Do not recommend at all!
