Amazon Basics 2-Door Portable Soft-Sided Folding Soft Dog Travel Crate Kennel, Medium (M 30" x 21" x 21"), Tan

This crate was a game changer for my dog. He previously had a seatbelt and was clipped in but had too much wiggle room to move around in my back seat and after researching I realized he might be having additional anxiety due to too much opportunity to move. I switched to this collapsable crate and not only do I feel much safer driving without him racing back and forth in the back seat but I do believe it has provided him more security and comfort. It look a little bit for him to get used to but it is one of my favorite purchases. I am glad he will also be safer if an accident occurs.

I recently moved to a new location and my senior dog was having anxiety issues every time I'd leave the house.I thought this might give him a sense of comfort having a small private space to retreat to.For the first few months he wouldn't go near it.For some reason one day he decided to venture inside. On his own.Although he has 2 other comfortable beds, he now spends most of his time in the comfort of his personal bedroom.I bought a mattress pad to place inside and he is quite content.I haven't used it for travel as of yet, however It is extremely easy to break down and reassemble.

The perfect dog crate. We initially purchased this dog crate to have an option for taking our dog to friends houses or having friends dog sit our dog. In the end of this is become our dogs permanent crate. It’s very easy to clean, set up, and my dog loves it. We have a 60 pound Portuguese water dog and the crate is very roomy for him. He has space to lay down in extra space to get up and turn around. he loves this and this will probably be the crate that we use from now on.We have had this crate for a little over a year now and it’s still holding up perfectly. We haven’t had any problems with the zipper like I’ve read previous comments and the quality is really nice. I will say our dog does not paw the door and actually enjoys his kennel so I’m not sure if that affects the quality but it’s held up really well despite being moved frequently to new locations

My relative suggested I get a bigger metal crate for my 17 month Dutch Shepherd Pitbull rescue pupUnfortunately he’s a rescue and is a huge escape artist if a set up isn’t secured with reinforcements he head buts his way out and takes a hold of anything he can get a way with ( his treats I use to clam him down before I step out to go to work or take out the garbage outside, his dental hygiene treats , etc , ) 😭😭 , I came home and he got into a lot of treats ..As I secured his kennel with a leash clasp hooks and he still managed to head but his way out of the mesh zippered door .I was very surprised they were still functional after his escape 😭

Would recommend if your dog is already crate trained as it is mesh. Our dog is a 75lb black lab/italian mastiff and she does great in this crate when we don't want to break her metal crate down to travel. Obviously this crate won't be as "secure" as an all metal crate, but for what it is, we love it. We have bought other crates before that we're similar but this product is great quality for what you are buying amf dtands out above others. Would definitely get another one if needed for another dog!

Perfect for a long trip in the rental car! Folded the seat down and put the crate on top. Enough room for my beagle mix (20 lb) to move around and could stand up on back legs with the top unzipped. The pad survived pee and vomit and a few washings already. It’s become another permanent fixture in our house because my pup loves it so much! She did chew off a plastic clip that was easily accessible from the top. But I’m not concerned about it.

Get it. It works. Lightweight and sturdy. Just don’t fall on it. Cats love it! Easy for travel!

Surprisingly good quality construction and heavy duty materials.The assembly instructions were not clear and i almost damaged the support struts until I figured it out. Looks like I should be able to collapse it pretty quickly when I need to get it out of th back seat, so that is good.
