do you get one specifically designed for the left foot and one specifically designed for the right foot ?

Do you have this toe straightener with wider elastic or possibly two strips of elastic for top joint of the longest toe (next to the big toe).

I have the one with two loops. There is only one strip of elastic that goes over each toe. You tighten it up to suit your needs.
