Wanted to help with sleep
These are in a bottle that which had a wad of cotton wool at top, there were a few pills stuck to this but they were easily removed. They do have a bit of an odour and they have an earthy taste so I have to swallow them quickly. I wasn’t sure when best to take them as it specifies with food but not what time of day is best, I wanted them to help with sleep more than anything so I’ve been taking later in the day. Not sure how much help they’ve been but I’ve had no issues even when I’ve had them later at night in more of an empty stomach.

taste okay, no noticeable benefit
Tried taking these for the period and they tasted okay and were easy to swallow although I don't struggle to take other pills without a drink so this may be different for different people. I did not notice any benefit or any degradation of self so I can't comment to their effectiveness but they were easy to take.

Worth a Try!
I have been taking Ashwagandha tablets for a little while now, so when these came up for review i decided to give them a go. These are hard tablets rather than the capsules that i am used too. You get 60 tablets in the bottle, enough for around 2 months (1 a day). I never know if these supplements work, but i take them with hope! The primary ingredient is suppose to help with stress and energy as well as promoting a better sleep. My only criticism about these tablets is the bottle is packed tight with cotton wool, and when you remove the wool the tablets go everywhere as they are all entwined in the cotton wool. Also bit's of the wool stick to the tablets meaning they have to be wiped before you swallow them.
