Looks and works like it’s brand new. No scratches. However, I only had it for an hour so I will update this if I have any issues in the near future. So far the connectivity is awesome, speed is decent, keyboard quality good, unsure about battery life so far.

Buena, bonita y resuelve

This is the second one I've purchased. I returned the first because it was sold as coming with Windows Home, but was shipped with Windows S, which should be cheaper and has less flexibility. I called into Customer Service and they arranged for a refund. The second one shipped the same way! I kept the computer and went through the process to get it set up with the correct/purchased Windows Home operating system. This isn't that difficult, just a total waste of my time. HP should either ship the computers with the correct system or charge less for the unit. Otherwise, it seems like a perfectly OK cheap box, perfect for what I may need as an extra laptop.

Buyer regret on this. I normally do buy refurbished laptops and they have always suited my needs. This time I thought I'd spend a little more than usual. What a disappointment. This laptop is horrible. So disappointed. I don't use it much, so it took me some time to realize how poorly it runs. Now it's at the point where it hardly runs. **Update...it's still a horrible laptop. I will not purchase from this selle again. I feel ripped off.

My wife is starting to use devices like the cricut, and wants to expand more to devices like the glowforge. This laptop was great for these devices and programs that are needed. Minor things that would need to be upgraded like the hard drive, but overall, it is a great laptop for the price. My wife doesn't have any complaints so far. Only thing to note. Microsoft is trying to get you to use their internet browser, Microsoft Edge, and if you have stuff on chrome, it will not allow you to install it unless you switch out of S mode. Go to settings on your PC > System > Activation. and the option will be there. Click this little button that I couldn't see, but my wife found it. after you click the box, it will allow you to install chrome as usual. Unless you want to try Microsoft Edge, which works great, but I have all my stuff on chrome, and like Garth Algar from Wayne's World, I fear change.

Works well as my basic computer.

Made the purchase to learn coding and start online college and based off plugging it in and sitting at the library my experience is that is will be entirely too slow to be able to handle anything I need it to. For something refurbished it is of excellent quality not a single scratch on the device all the keys work. I sure hope this thing isn’t a dud like all the other one star reviews say that this thing crashes and burns after 9 m to 1 year. If so this computer shouldn’t even be marketed. Downloaded python app fairly easily so I have high hopes.

El producto parecía bien, pero resulta que venía con defecto en la tecla de encendido y ni HP ni Amazon responden por ello. No es grave, al parecer, pero es bastante molesto y frustrante que ambas empresas te traigan de un lado a otro, que porque resulta producto del “mercado gris” y lo único que recomiendan es arreglarlo por tu cuenta

Sirve súper bien, y a buen precio

Tenía mis dudas al inicio cuando elegí entre tantas laptops, relación calidad precio está excelente. Es un dispositivo rápido, tiene una apariencia elegante, estética, yo elegí en color silver completamente, es muy bonita, el teclado no se va a borrar, ya que vienen grabadas las teclas, tiene bastantes puertos, iluminación es buena, tamaño y peso estupendos. La uso principalmente para la universidad, no tiendo a descargar tantos archivos, ya que uso más el drive para documentos y proyectos. Así que no es problema el espacio. La información de la PC no es correcta, y ademas me llego un color diferente al que pague, fue un regalo y no tuve oportunidad de devolver. Busca mejores opciones si vas a comprar PC.
