I recommend this product.
I’m not a barber or hair professional, but this exact trimmer was recommended by a barber who helped shape my handlebar mustache. I’ve used it at home a few times so far, and it’s been excellent. It feels sturdy and substantial in hand, with comfortable ergonomics. I can only compare it to a very inexpensive trimmer I previously used—there’s really no comparison. I would definitely recommend it.

Poor quality, poor customer service, poor service overall
This entire process has been almost comical. I purchased the trimmers , received them and it didn’t work. I wasn’t able to speak to anyone, I don’t know if this company has a customer service department. To add insult to injury, not only did the trimmers not work they have yet to refund my money and it’s been almost 2 weeks. I don’t have an issue with a process, but when you know you putting garbage products on the market make it easier for your customers to return them! ! I didn’t need the trimmers to be perfect, but the fact there was not one person I could speak to about my concerns, well I come from an era where my money is respected more and for that reason I will never do business with this company again.

High Performance Trimmers
There are so many options with high end trimmers that it was extremely difficult to make a decision. It seems like every barber and every influencer signs off on a different trimmer. Cocco doesn’t seem to have the same hype as some of the other brands, but it is a quality product that I was happy decide on. It needed no gapping out of the box, has perfect weight, looks sleek and feels great in the hand. Next up is their clippers for me.
