I got this for my 6 year old because I found it hard to make slides on our own. This is set has a variety of interesting slides that keep my son busy and excited. I will say that the only downfall is that it is hard to adjust on the microscope sometimes, but that could very well be user error.

This is a really good basic slide set. If one of those young people in your lives has a microscope then this is a great place to start. The slides are stained well and show very clear cellular structures. Plus there are some really cool ones, like the stems that are dyed.

This set is good enough for university learning as contains even bacteria slides which you need to use oil immersion. Some human histology. Slides are good quality.

Product was packaged properly to prevent damage as its made of glass. Overall decent quality for price range in beginners microscopy. Slides arent perfectly laboratory clean so theres gonna be some artifacts regardless. All specimens seem to be authentic, sliced very thin for optimal viewing, clearly labeled with reference sheet and slide numbers printed on location in box making it easy to find what your looking for. Totally worth the money. And remember you get what you pay for! Great for beginners.

My grandson spent more time with these than any toy I ever bought him. He was fascinated and loves to learn.

I'm very impressed with this set. At well under a dollar a slide you get an excellent assortment of biology-based specimens. This isn't your typical child's "introduction to science" - this has all kinds of advanced subjects - nerves, heart tissue, sperm, blood, and more basic and familiar items like honeybee and butterfly wings.All 50 specimens are labeled and there is a master index sheet that shows which numbered slot each slide is in.I use this with an Amazonbasics stereo microscope that is EXCELLENT (I tried to do a quick look-up of the link - I don't know the exact model number and none that came up looked exactly like it, but I'm hopeful that if this one is great, the others probably are as well.)Teach your kids (or yourself) the wonders of biological science!The only thing that would make this better is if they produced a booklet that was included and told the beginner what to look for in each slide (yes, each slide will be slightly different). Some of them are a bit cryptic as to what you are looking at. If it had such a booklet, this would be a 5+ star product.4.5 starsEnjoy!

Die bereits vorbereiteten Objektivträger sind gut beschriftet - jedoch auf Englisch, sodass ich manchmal nachschlagen musste, was es ist.Eigentlich hätte es Potential zu einem 5 Sterne Artikel. Leider war bei mir die Hülle der 100 Objektivträger beschädigt (die 100 Objektivträger im Inneren sind jedoch nicht beschädigt worden). Ich ziehe daher einen Stern ab.FAZIT:4 SterneIch hoffe, dass ich dir mit meiner Bewertung bei deiner Kaufentscheidung weiterhelfen konnte.
