Came today. Went to the rear of the house and started web cleaning. Went under the eaves, then notices along the bottom of the wood siding. Took no time at all. A couple of things I liked. The pole for one is not light weight and extends all the way up to the second-floor eaves. It's nice you don't need to raise your arms over your head to work the pole. One last thing, I was worried the brush was going to be weak. Got lucky, it's bristles are strong enough to get the webs. Haven't read the instruction to see how to get the web off the brush.Used it again today. In the bathroom some spider made a web across the whole room. Took 15 seconds and it was gone.

I was so excited when this got delivered. When I pulled out my pole, my wife's jaw dropped. Never before had she seen a pole of that girth and size. At first my wife was a bit scared to try it, but one night we were cleaning up the garage and we had a few beers. She finally built up the courage to try my pole. The mushroom tip attachment is excellent for cleaning up cobwebs in places that haven't been touched in a few weeks. After extending the pole to its maximum length she was ready to try the pole on the backdoor. With the fuzzier tip attached, my wife was able to handle the pole on the backdoor with ease. I would highly recommend this pole to both men and women alike. It really makes things more enjoyable!

Broken when it arrived. The little clasp that raises the pole was broken so I couldn’t use it. Seller contacted and and made it right. Brand new unit. Works great!!!!

For 5 years I have struggled to find a cleaning product that would sufficiently clean to the top of my vaulted ceilings. Having to get a ladder out every time I needed to dust was a hassle, using a shop vac with a bunch of hose attachments was always precarious. But this! This solved all my problems. I have owned this product for less than 24 hours and it has already cleaned up cobwebs that have been stagnant for years because I couldn't reach them. I was worried that it would be hard to control it with all the extender's out but it wasn't, and it's super light! The different heads that come with it are perfect for different surfaces like ceiling fans, raw wood beams, drywall, etc. Here's a picture of my ceiling so you can understand how high this thing reaches.
