Worked great and good price!

Great customer service!
The pump I purchased failed within the first 2 months. No obvious problem could be seen. I emailed the company and Ren responded quickly and warmly. He immediately sent a replacement pump within a couple of days. The new pump is working flawlessly and A+++++ for customer service. Thank you Ren for the great service and kindness. Integrity is hard to come by these days but Wassermann has it in spades!

Shipped fast and was easy to install, lets see how long it lasts.
I bought it to use as an effluent pump for my septic system. It was the same size as my previous Sta-Rite pump. Fittings were all the same and I did not need to make any adjustments. Hopefully it will last as long as my Sta-Rite pump did.

You Get What You Pay For
Lasted 6months. Paid $200+ and paid $300 for installation by our plumber. 6months later we just paid for a much better quality product. The same product before lasted 10+ years. We couldn’t be more displeased with this substandard product.

Nice Pump
This replacement pump seems to be working as described and the longevity is yet to be determined? It is replacing a 15 year old different manufacture pump that was apparently impacted and put out of commission from a lightning strike surge.......So far, so good.........

Works great and perfect fit
For me this pump was perfect direct replacement. Easy to install, it didn't have upper outlet check valve however, I was able to pull the one off outlet of old pump and it snapped on to new pump and works as if made for it.

Working great after 4 months
Being used as a final stage septic lift pump. Lifting treated sewage 30ft elevation. Drain field has very high resistance so this unit is building a lot of pressure. Still going strong even after having to run constant for a week when a 14YO let the toilet run in the basement. (Oh, that was that noise?)
