These rollers are a life safer they work great and are easy to install. I royally messed up my back with the typical cheap rollers that came with my desk chair. I buckled in pain until I realized that the original casters stopped and the caster would not turn, hence I pushed off hard from the edge of my chair to move from one side of my room to the other reaching a shelf (about 4 ft. It caused such strain on my back that I had to see a physician and was put on medication. Until I realized what actually caused the back pain and checked out these terrible casters, Now the chair moves like greased lightning without any effort. I highly recommend changing the casters on your chair if you do not have this this type on your chair.

These are ALMOST too easy to roll… nice and quiet, and don’t leave any marks on my wood floor like the stock wheels that came with my chair. But careful plopping down into your chair you may end up 10ft away from where you started

After much research, I decided to give these a try based on the much higher than average review ratings. I'm now joining the others that rate these casters highly.After almost one year they are holding up perfectly, and work as well as the day I installed them. The material and spherical shape leaves zero marks on our LVP flooring, and they glide so well you can send the chair across the room with a small push. I'm impressed, and would buy these again without hesitation.

Holy hell do these things make you move! They are virtually silent so I can lurk in the office and not a sound will be made. If I want to do something on the other side of the room all I gotta do is scoot a bit and I'm off! Only minus is that I can't really keep still when I'm typing at my desk sometimes.

I like the look and idea of the casters. In theory it's great; in practice it has caused problems I did not have with the cheepo casters my desk chair came with. I think it may be a result of my desk chair being fairly lightweight and on carpet, but I have tipping issues when trying to move the chair while sitting in it.
