Bought the product due to brand name. But the product quality is pathetic; wheels are not free after loading the baggage and the back case was flimsy, bends upon pressing with hand. As our travel date was nearing, I took a chance and went with it. After reaching the destination, I found the wheels were broken. Don't get near this product, they claim international warranty but I don't see any outlets in NZ to claim.
