Incorrect item recieved
I purchased 40 000 of 7-8 millimiters as per the description of this item, however, I recieved them all of 10 millimiters instead as you can see the comparison in my picture between the one on the left (this product 10mm) and the one on the right (mine 8mm) there are different sizes of gel balls which absorb water until they reached their fabric size limit, they cannot grow more than that limit, so the time they were soaked or the amount of water used is not the cause of the size I got, but the fact they are 10mm balls instead of 7to8mm. This is dissapointing. I would like either a reimbursment or a change of the product.
