So, the dehumidifier seems to work as I would expect it to. It is NOT in any way silent, but the noise of the fan does disappear into the background after a few days - I don't notice it anymore. However, the power brick runs ridiculously hot - so hot that you wouldn't want to pick it up without giving it a few minutes to cool down! A huge waste of energy and probably because the block is either mismatched or poorly designed. I do not have the equipment to actually measure the energy usage of the device itself compared to the whole thing, but I'm sure that there must be at least 50% power loss in the brick.

Bought it to dry out an entrance cloakroom in my flat where a pipe was dripping for some time and which smelled damp. The dehumidifier did a good job in removing the dampness and the smell in just days of use. Also finding it very useful when I am hanging washing inside. The tank is large size and holds 2litres. Really surprised by the amount of water it extracts. Not overly noisy just works in the background and does its job. It’s simple and easy to use yet I found it is very effective in removing the excess moisture. I am very impressed with this and would highly recommend it if you suffer from mold and damp problems.

It works for a double room. We got a old double glaze bay window and in the winter mornings we got a lot o condensation. To avoid mould we decided to get this as was cheap. For multiple rooms or bigger area you should go for a bigger version.

A very good price, easy to setnup. I used it to stop mold coming into a fitted wardrobe. Just a few hours a day and so far it has worked perfectly.If this carries on I will purchase another one for my other bedroom to eliminate the problems I have in the winter months.It is a small unit but it seems to be doing a good job. Have emptied it a couple of times now and so far no mold has returned.I would highly recommend this beautifully designed compact and efficient dehumidifier which is also more than reasonably priced too !

The dehumidifier was purchased as a gift for an elderly relative. The product works well, is lightweight, looks good easy to move, hidden handle, water easy to remove. The minus on the device is the power block. It gets really hot. My relative was concerned enough to make a purchase of another make of dehumidifier. This model will be used but only for a short time and not left unattended. I'm sort of deflated, when is a gift not a gift? When the receiver has to buy an alternative! I would not buy again.

Using this for couple days already.its easy to function just plug in the charging and just press on button on top then it will automatically work.its screen will showing the temperature and RH in room.this dehumidifier is not big suit for small house like my apartment.its quiet,and have UV light to kill the bacteria around.i on it for no switch off whole day,place side of the window,usually condensation is super bad,so cause a lot of mould.But this couple when I using this dehumidifier it’s not that bad anymore.price is worth for a dehumidifier with 12L water tank and UV function.

Using this in a small bedroom and seems to keep humidity level down.Large tank so shouldn't have to empty as often.Only downside is it is quite noisy so not sure if really suitable for a bedroom.

Bought it to use on my loft, it does the job, is a very good machine for the price.

this arrived with a damaged wheel but as we needed it, I didn't send it back and asked the sender to send us a new wheel. They did this (after we sent photographic evidence of the damage which we thought was very fair) and awe were also given a discount! The dehumidifier is neat and works well.. a handle on the water container would be useful but it works fine without. A good buy!

It's ok maybe for the wardrobe or something, but in my 3mx4m bedroomdidn't work almost at all.

We have recently been experiencing more than the usual winter condensation in one of our rooms; when it's happened before we've gotten slight mould on the wall areas surrounding the Windows.Have been using this for the past week and it's been really effective in battling this problem. Really easy to set up and use.

I have only been using in a winter months. Bought before winter came in 2018. Broke today (Jan 2021). It worked for Total of circa 1 year. That's not enough.

I'm not sure it's just my machine, but it's too noisy.

Bought this dehumidifier to keep the piano room dry. It works well. The noise is low when it's working. The capacity of the tank is decent, so that it doesn't need to be cleared frequently. It does take some space in the room and a socket on the wall tho. Happy with the dehumidifier overall.

No matter what we do the dehumidifier will not turn on. I bought two and one works really well but the other simply will not turn on. We swapped the cables to see if it was just a cable issue but no it still will not turn on. Plus returning the item is not as simple as it should be. All I got from Amazon was a QR Code which is of no use in Ireland for returning items to the UK
