Q: The scent pads i got in box look like they are dried out? Aren't they supposed to be orange color? They are white!

No , the pads are clear , just push down on them and the scent will be released.

Q: Does this fit mypurmist 2 device?

Yes, this scent pad (6 blisters) will fit on the Mypurmist 2 and the Mypurmist Free cordless only.

Q: Is there a Warranty with this item!

This an accessory (scent pad). There is no warranty for accessories; only the Mypurmist device itself. Please send Mypurmist seller a direct message if you are having trouble with your Mypurmist device.

Q: Will this fit the original model?

No it will not. Both ScentPads are model specific.
