This is the good stuff!
If you like a fruity flavorful olive oil, this one's for you. It isn't one you would cook with, it's too elegant for that. It is best for finishing a dish, using in bruschetta, mozzarella caprese, or just enjoying on a piece of focaccia. I bought my first bottle at Eataly and it was very pricy. The price for 16 oz here on Amazon was about the same price as 8 oz at Eataly.

Love this for the price.
We first bought this in Florance and I was happy to be able to find it as easy to get as it is. The flavor is a little grassy and very fresh. We love it on a baguette with our wine and cheese pairings.

FRUITY and Fresh for Salad and Dipping
As a Sicilian American, always on the lookout for the best quality/value olive oil. Found this brand of VOO in a treasure of a small restaurant on the Upper East side of Manhattan. It is very fruity and fresh. Gave a bottle to my husband for Christmas. Love it! Not for cooking.
