Love this coffee travel mug!! It's been hard finding a stainless steel one that's spill proof and fits in my cupholder. Love that the lid is screw on. I even gifted one to my mom!

Love the color, size, and design. Only thing I wish was better is the thickness between the double wall. I have a Klean Kanteen that keeps my coffee hotter for longer but is ¼ of an inch to tall for the Keurig. 4.5 stars for this product in my opinion. Which doesn't really mean much.

The Good:This mug looks great and keeps beverages hot or cold for hours on end.The Bad:1) The spout fits so tightly you pretty much need both hands to pry it open. I used a Dremel tool to grind the lip and got an acceptable closure with a good seal but that doesn't need so much force to open or close. A great mug if you have a Dremel tool and are a do-it-yourself type.2) The spout should face you when you hold the handle with your right hand, correct? Well, this lid fits so snugly I can barely get it into that position. After several weeks of use, it now turns a bit easier, but that last 10 degrees of rotation is a killer.POST-REVIEW NOTE: after several weeks of daily use, it got easier to screw the lid far enough to position the spout for a right-handed user. Unfortunately, the spout cover pivots on two pins and their sockets are too weak--they are starting to crack, and cracks are developing in the entire lid. I'm downgrading this mug from two stars to one.

Handle is small for larger hands.

My brother is a night manager at a resort and uses this mug to keep liquids cold in summer and warm in winter.
