Fairy Unicorns Enchanted River (Young Reading Series 3 Fiction)

My 4 year old daughter and I read these before bed each night, it’s the best part of the evening for my daughter.We love reading about all the adventures those two get up too. The books are fun, full of beautiful characters and have just a smidge of naughtiness to make them enjoyable for younger readers. These books beautifully convey the magical unicorn land Zoe visits.

I bought this book for my six year old granddaughter as she loves fairies and unicorns. I checked out the story and the illustrations first before giving it to her and I was shocked to see drawings and creepy descriptions of scary black snake-like monsters. This is not the type of positive and uplifting story I want to give children. I will not be purchasing any more of this series.
