Last week I purchased one especially for women as my previous one was much too big.. It was good but expensive and I left it in hot water for too long and it welded together, my fault. So I saw these 2 for under £8 and thought I would give them a go. So glad I did as just as good as the expensive one. I still use a cross mouth tape but use it vertically just to stop my jaw from drooping. Mouth tape alone doesn't stop my snoring but the two items together are perfect and my husband now doesn't have to wake me every few minutes so he is a very happy man and we both get a good nights sleep.
