Good for the price
The are small but gets the job done. You pick the top and shake for the Confetti to come out. I used these for a general reveal. I like that the color wasn’t on the handle

Not great if you actually want to be surprised and a part of the confetti pop.
The price is great and they are small and safe for kids. That is the only bonus. But we were all wanting to be surprised but you can't really be surprised when you have to pop the top for all the people using these as it was VERY hard to open the top (we had to punch our thumbs in the top and open it up completely) before you could then fling out the confetti- which means you've obviously seen what color is inside. So my husband and I had bought actual confetti poppers and I got these for our kids and friends to use- but the only ones that went off on the count of three were my husband and mine - then we had to help everyone else. Therefore it was a bit of a bummer. So if the people who are doing the confetti know what the sex is and just the people watching don't- then these work fine! Otherwise if you want that surprise element I'd go with an actual popper that you twist and it does the work.

Biodegradable
These were great for a drive by birthday car parade we did and they melted away when it rained so there was no clean up required. The kids found them fun and easy to use, too. These are highly recommended to add some fun to your party!

Not worth it
So disappointed. I wanted it to pop the confetti. Instead I have to make a hole on one side and skate it. I wish I would’ve read the reviews beforehand.
