With in the first few uses I noticed how difficult it was to get the cans to 'hook' on the wheel and it was not cutting all around the lid either. The longer I had to work with it the more irritated I got and by the time it was all said and done I wanted to throw it out the window. It also does not matter what size can, tiny cat food or big soup can, it just doesn't work correctly. Now after almost a month it seems to be getting worse, we will be getting a different brand opener soon.
