The quality of this gel pad is excellent, the net mesh on one side helps keep it securely on the pillow. The creases allows you to fold it for easy packing and the finish round the edge means it keeps its shape during the night and doesn’t bunch up like some cheaper versions.I put mine in the fridge during the day which ensures I have a lovely cool pad when time for bed.People say they don’t stay cool, yes this is partially true in that nothing will stay cool when it is absorbing your body heat so my solution was to get two cool pads and when one gets warm change it over. The warm one will then cool again when you are not using it so ready for the next change over time.All I all I am very happy with this product.

I have put this into my pillow and it works a treat, its quite firm and a little heavy so it sinks the pillow a bit but it always stays cool and just what a mentalpausing person needs :)

Only had it two nights and it’s eased off my chronic headaches amazingly - I actually feel human again without the needs for tons of pain medication and hours of sleep I’ve never been so grateful for a single product in my life

Got two of these, one for the misses and one for me to keep in my truck.She puts hers in the freezer but her temps always up and down, mines perfect as it is. Yes it’s abit uncomfortable laying on it but after I’ve cooled down I just turn my pillow around. Im happy with the purchase and would recommend.

Sturdy cool gel pillow, lovely to sleep with

This thing is hard, uncomfortable with no discernable cooling action. In fact it got ss hot as a hot water bottle at one point. Ugh.

There should be a zero star rating for products as poor as this. Absolutely does NOT do what it is advertised to do. No cooling effect whatsoever, just irritation and sweat from the plastic covering. DO NOT be fooled !! Might as well have thrown my money in the bin.

I brought this to cool me down as I am really struggling with the heat being pregnant. It’s not good at all I can’t feel no cold from if anything it’s warm not worth the money the only reason I brought this was all the good reviews on it

It did not work to my expectations. It cools you off for about 5 minutes and then it starts getting hot. It does not relieve any migraines either. I am not satisfied with product
