Arrived defective. Opened the package and tested the capacitance, it shows UL or open. In other words, defective.

False advertising and product not as shown
This product is advertised as a capacitor with a 5% tolerance. However, the seller ships a low-quality garbage product with a 20% tolerance that is unusable. Spend your money somewhere else
