This knife works great for filleting fish, taking silver skin off any animal, and all around meat processing. I will never buy another fillet knife besides Bubba blade. Mine is the 6in ultra flex. Also I’ve had it for bout 2 years and it’s still sharp.

This is a nice fillet knife to use on smaller fish like crappie and bluegills! The handle is easy to hold on to and like their add states even when wet it is easy to grip and it does not slip in your hand!

although the handle is much larger then others the non slip grip is very nice. I think I will order the electric as well.

Used mine this weekend. Good knife, good quality. My fist impression is that the handle is overly large though... Looking at other like knives, they often have the same style of handle and I'm sure I will get used to it, but it seems oddly large at first. If you have tiny hands it might not be for you.

My brother had me to order him some stuff on Amazon, I remembered when we stop talking 2 years ago he always talked about the bubba fillet knife, so I shocked him, he open the box and almost cry, he could barely talk, he said you remembered. What a great gift for an outdoorsman or to use in the kitchen.
